The Tenth Amendment and Pennsylvania

I became interested in the Tenth Amendment Center about a year ago.

The Tenth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States was the tenth of the first 10 Amendments, also named the Bill of Rights and penned by the fathers of our nation.
They limit the federal government in its interference in our property freedoms and natural liberty.
They reserve rights that are not enumerated to the federal government to the states and to WE THE PEOPLE.

Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

The Tenth Amendment Center encourages each state to organize to maintain those rights that are provided for WE THE PEOPLE by our Constitution. We see those rights fading each year of this administration but also over the last 200 years. Each law that has been placed over us, each non-elected agency that makes laws (regulations) take away our freedoms and rights.

I have joined this organization and receive its emails with news of the legislation going on in Pennsylvania that attempts to return those rights to Pennsylvanians.

I want to inform you of bills that have been initiated this week in our state and seek to return rights to the citizens of this state.

I am currently having legislation drafted that is similar to firearm legislation recently introduced in Wyoming. My legislation would prohibit the enforcement of any new federal restriction, prohibition or registration requirement for firearms, magazines, and ammunition. My legislation would also require the state to intercede on behalf of Pennsylvania citizens against any federal attempt to register, ban or restrict the purchase or ownership of firearms and firearms accessories which are currently legal products.I hope you will join me in defending the Second Amendment in Pennsylvania.
