I love people, music, reading, praying, studying the Bible, keeping up with national news and politics.
I am a strict constructionist, a true American. I love my country. I honor her warriors. I am thankful for our Constitution and will personally bear arms for it.
The absence of any REAL debate is what makes me so angry, and it’s truly puzzling. Here we have people proposing vast changes to our way of life that will cost trillions of dollars, but you can’t get the “experts” on both sides in a room for a televised debate. Imagine the viewership on such an event. It would probably be the most watched show of all time. And each side – if they SINCERELY believe in what they say – would see it as a chance to turn the tide of public opinion to their view. But therein lies the problem, IMO. One side evidently has doubts that it can persuade people when its theories are challenged in an official debate where there are rules about the evidence presented. One side would prefer to never have to defend the science behind its methods or to answer tough questions. One side has calculated that it has a lot to lose in genuine debate. That’s the only plausible reason that there’s been no serious debate.

That about says it.
There is no debate because we can’t.
Science is never settled! If it was it would not be science! Climate science is science!
I still say, if they can’t even tell us with any accuracy what the weather will be this week, how can they view into the years and decades future at the climate??
