This is good news! The courts, Supreme as well as other courts, federal appeals courts have said no to President Obama more frequently in the last 15 months.
The following are 6 of the actions he wanted to take but the Supreme Court has said NO! UNANIMOUSLY!
“Attach GPSs to a citizen’s vehicle to monitor his movements, without having any cause to believe that a person has committed a crime (United States v. Jones);
Deprive landowners of the right to challenge potential government fines as high as $75,000 per day and take away their ability have a hearing to challenge those fines (Sackett v. EPA);
Interfere with a church’s selection of its own ministers. (Hosanna-Tabor Evangelical Lutheran Church & School v. EEOC);
Override state law whenever the President desires. (Arizona v. United States);
Dramatically extend statutes of limitations to impose penalties for acts committed decades ago. (Gabelli v. SEC); and
Destroy private property without paying just compensation. (Arkansas Fish & Game Commission v. United States).”
A summary of these cases and Senator Cruz’s report can be viewed here:

Thank you for the reblog, Sally!
I’ve heard only about one of them (the one in which the landowners won the right to government fines from the EPA). But none of these have been published in our media. Heard about the one above on FOX.

I had not heard of some of these either. Thanks for pointing them out.

I agree this is good stuff, but I seem to recall that car manufacturers have to include a GPS “blackbox” on ALL cars starting in 2014. I know for a fact that some insurance companies have been offering discounts if your car has one.
SO, that first one may or may not turn out to be moot, after all.
But, the rest sound promising. And today, I really did need some good news.
Thanks, tannngl!

Thanks for the visit, JTR! I had forgotten about the black box on cars. Well, if you keep an old one as I do, the decision still a good thing. LOL
Of course, if I live long enough I’ll need one of those cars sometime…
